SUPPLY INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF VESSEL INTERNAL ELECTROSTATIC COALESCER
Haffar Petroleum Services along with their partner Wärtsilä’s - Norway was proud to introduce new emerging technologies to QP called (VIEC) - Vessel Internal Electrostatic Coalescer and the project was executed by Haffar as turnkey EPIC project .
The purpose of this project was to reduce the quantity of Water in the crude oil at the 13-V-4001 degassing vessel outlet up to less than 2%. This has been achieved by installing a complete VIEC system.
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION& COMMISSIONING OF ENVIRONMENTAL WET & DRY SAMPLER
Haffar Petroleum Services did the Supply, installation & commissioning of automatic Rain & Dust sampler for Ministry of Environment use.
Multiple samplers were installed and commissioned across all over Qatar.
REVAMPING OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR
Revamping of reciprocating compressor:- Haffar Petroleum Services carried an EPC job to increase the discharge pressure from 18.5 bar to 22.5 bar for Mitsui reciprocating compressor at QAPCO plant, Measieed. The compressor is used as Fuel Gas compressor for suppling fuel gas to gas turbines at the utility section.
PROCESS MASS SPECTROMETRY OR SIMPLY ANALYZERS
EPIC job at Qatar Steel for optimization of their direct reduction process plant by Mass Spectrometry. Improved yields and quality of steel produced.Reduced cost of ownership. Direct on line analysis over the complete pressure range. Monitors all gases – N2, O2, CO, CO2, H2, Ar, He & Continuous high speed monitoring enables more accurate kinetic model performance.
SUPPLY INSTALLATION TESTING COMMISSIOING OF MASS SPECTROMETER
EPIC job at QAFAC for measuring Methanol Process Gases , MEOH & MTBE flare line by mass spectrometer. One Mass spectrometer used with relatively a complex multi-stream sample conditioning system for flare gases and process gases. For the first time Mass Spec used for such application where process gas and flare gas are analyzed together by a same Analyzer.

Haffar Petroleum Services Company carries a Modification of MCC panel, Slip ring motor to Induction Motor with VFD Control along with Hydrostatic Level Sensor for Sewage Level measurement for ASHGHAL Pumping station
